College of Food, Agricultural & Natural Resource Sciences

Hosted by our admissions counselor and current CFANS Ambassadors, these small-group sessions are designed around your interests. Whether you'd like to visit a specialized campus facility (like the plant growth facilities, food science pilot plant, an engineering makerspace, one of many animal barns, or the fisheries laboratories), connect with faculty in your intended area of study (as available), or take a broader, exploratory look at the many opportunities within CFANS, you'll get an authentic glimpse of the hands-on learning and close-knit community that define the CFANS experience.

College-Specific Admissions Information Session (30 minutes)
General Campus and Residence Hall Tour (60 minutes)
CFANS St. Paul Special Experience (75 minutes)
During your visit, we look forward to showing you as much of the University of Minnesota campus as safely as possible. We highly recommend that you properly dress for the weather, including weather-appropriate clothing and proper footwear.
