    Visit Information

    Visit Information:

    (Minneapolis Majors) The College of Design's current student ambassadors will show our design spaces in Rapson Hall. This will include our laser cutters, 3D printers, professional photography space, and studio spaces. This specialty tour is for students interested in studying Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design and Product Design. 

    (St. Paul Majors) The College of Design's current student ambassadors will show our design spaces in McNeal Hall. This will include our 3D printers, Goldstein Museum archive, and our Wearable Technology Lab. This specialty tour is for students interested in Apparel Design, Graphic Design, Retail and Consumer Studies, and User Experience. 


    INCLUDES: 

    • College-Specific Admissions Information Session (30 minutes)

    • General Campus and Residence Hall Tour (45 minutes)

    • College of Design Facilities Tour (60 minutes)


    During your visit, we look forward to showing you as much of the University of Minnesota campus as safely as possible. We highly recommend that you properly dress for the weather, including weather-appropriate clothing and proper footwear.
